Will fit models with factory roof rails if they are removed
These mounts were designed as current offerings require customers to drill multiple holes into the A pillar of the door jam and mounting a bracket that affects the weather proofing of the door.
These mounts utilize a factory mounting point that every Ranger either has stamped but not drilled, or already drilled from factory underneath the roof rail rubber trim.
Pull back the rubber trim and 2 x M8 rivnuts need to be installed (come supplied) on each side of the roof rail. Mount brackets with supplied hardware, trim rubber trim too allow the it too sit flush over the mount.
2 x hollowed bolts will be supplied with the kit, this allows you to run the light bar wiring down through the bolts, inside the roof and down the A pillar. This is a much better system that our competitors, which advise you to run the wiring squished down the gap in the windscreen.
The brackets are made from 2.0mm 304 Stainless Steel, they are adjustment to bring the light bar forward of backwards to minimize wind noise. Every light bar reacts different so we allow maximum adjustment to suite every customers choice in light bar.
Light bars either come in a raw finish or powder coated satin black.
